Condé Montrose Nast: It is New York publishers which launched it magazine in 1909 by Samuel Irving Newhouse, Jr. who is the chairman and CEO of advance publications. Charles H. Townsend other hand is the chief executive officer and Robert A. Sauerberg it the presidents. It started to invest with vogue which was also created in 1892 as New York weekly journal society and fashion news. It is an advance publications and a mass media which attract 164 million consumers across its 20 print and digital brands. This media brands include Allure, Architectural Digest, Vogue, Wired, Lucky, Brides and so on. Condé Montrose Nast also owns Fairchild Fashion Media and its fashion brands. In 2011, Condé Montrose introduced entertainment which includes digital programming.
Bauer Media Group: Bauer Company started with five generations from the Bauer family in a small printing house in Germany. In 1987, they entered the UK with Bella magazine under Britain’s largest publisher known as Heinrich Bauer Verlag KG, abbreviated to HBV expanded the company in 2008. Time Inc. UK: Founded by Lord Harmsworth in 1890. The British company was mostly dominated by the Associated Newspaper, Odhams Press Ltd, George Newnes Publishers and the Hulton Press. It is one of the biggest leading publishing houses reaching more than 130 million consumers every month through influential brands such as Time, sports Illustrated, food & wine, wallpaper and so on. Time Inc. magazines of 50 editions are licensed in many different countries such as Germany, China, and Turkey; it also reaches across the globe. Time Inc. tries to connect with their target audience through food & wine, franchises and people’s sexiest man alive.
Hearst Corporation: It is a mass media corporation founded by Randolph Hearst in 1887 at San Francisco. This company aim is to targets both genders and different age group through music magazine such as Cosmopolitan. Their main focus is to target females age range from 25-26, as their average income from Hearst corporation has increased. For example, The Oprah magazine is an estimate of 2,000,000, Good housekeeping 4,000,000 and women’s day 4,000,000. The company also include other factors such as cable, Hearst television and Hearst weekly newspaper.
